Bans almost always come from three things: blasting people who never chatted, identical bursts, and many recipients reporting within a short window.

The safe rules

• Broadcast only to opted-in or past contacts.
• Max 256 per list, with pauses between batches.
• Vary the opening line per batch.
• Always include an opt-out ("reply STOP to stop updates").
• Use official WhatsApp Business, stable number, business photo.

Content that is not spam

• Relevant to their purchase history.
• One message, one clear call to action.
• Send during work hours (9am–5pm), never midnight.

Broadcast is a privilege from trusting customers — one spam burns it.
